Partial Deposits Policy
To secure a spot in our classes, students are required to pay a partial deposit at the time of registration. This deposit confirms your enrollment and is applied toward the total tuition fee. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the course length and type.
We accept deposits via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. The deposit is non-refundable if the student cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date. However, if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be fully refunded.
Payment Plans
Breve Music Studios offers flexible payment plans to help students manage their tuition payments. These plans allow for installment payments over a period of time, making it easier to afford quality music education.
Payment plans are available for courses lasting longer than four weeks. Students can choose from monthly, bi-weekly, or quarterly payment options. All plans require a signed agreement and a valid credit card on file.
How to Enroll in a Payment Plan
- Complete the registration form online or in person.
- Review and sign the payment plan agreement.
- Provide your credit card information for installment processing.
Once enrolled, students will receive monthly statements and reminders. Payments are automatically charged to the provided credit card on the scheduled dates.
