General Policy on Deposit Transfers

Our studio allows deposits to be transferred under specific conditions. Deposits are considered a commitment to reserve a session or a spot with a particular instructor. They are not automatically transferable to other students or sessions without prior approval.

Conditions for Transfer

  • The transfer request must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Transfers are only permitted between sessions of the same instructor and similar time slots.
  • Transfers are subject to availability and instructor approval.
  • Any transfer must be agreed upon by both the current student and the new recipient.

Non-Transferable Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable if the transfer request is made less than 48 hours before the session. Additionally, deposits associated with special promotions or packages may have specific restrictions.

Procedure for Requesting a Transfer

To request a deposit transfer, parents or students should contact the studio office via email or phone. Please include the following information:

  • Student’s name and contact information
  • Original session date and time
  • Reason for the transfer request
  • Preferred new session details, if known
