To ensure clarity, we have established a clear policy regarding deposit changes and adjustments. This policy aims to accommodate our clients’ needs while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and operational procedures.
Standard Deposit Policy
When booking a session at Breve Music Studios, clients are required to pay a deposit to secure their reservation. The standard deposit amount is 30% of the total session fee. This deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Policy on Deposit Changes
If a client needs to modify their reservation, such as changing the date or time, they can request a deposit adjustment. To do so, clients must contact our management at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made within this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Adjustments Allowed
- Changing the session date or time within the same week.
- Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances.
Adjustments Not Allowed
- Requests made less than 48 hours before the session.
- Significant changes to the session duration or scope without additional charges.
In cases where an adjustment is approved, the deposit may be transferred to the new date or reduced accordingly. If the new deposit amount is higher, the client will be required to pay the difference. If lower, the remaining balance will be credited toward future bookings.
Refunds and Exceptions
Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued if the studio needs to cancel a session or in cases of emergencies. Clients should contact our support team promptly to discuss any refund requests or exceptional circumstances.
