Deposit Policy
All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is typically 50% of the total session fee. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund of the deposit.
- Less than 48 hours before the session: No refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
