The deposit policy is designed to secure your spot in our courses and cover administrative costs. All international students are required to pay a deposit upon registration, which is refundable under certain conditions outlined below.

  • Amount: The standard deposit is $200 USD.
  • Payment Methods: Accepted methods include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
  • Deadline: The deposit must be paid within 7 days of registration to secure your place.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • If the student cancels more than 30 days before the course start date, the deposit is fully refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • In cases of visa denial or travel restrictions, the deposit will be refunded upon submission of official documentation.
