Breve Music Studios’ Deposit Policy for Group Music Lessons

At Breve Music Studios, we are committed to providing high-quality group music lessons to students of all ages. To ensure a smooth and organized scheduling process, we have established a clear deposit policy for all group lessons.

Deposit Policy Overview

All students enrolling in group music lessons are required to pay a deposit at the time of registration. This deposit helps secure your spot in the class and covers administrative costs associated with scheduling and resources.

Deposit Amount

The standard deposit amount is $50 per student per session. This amount is applicable to all group lessons, regardless of the instrument or age group.

Payment Methods

Deposits can be paid via:

  • Online through our secure payment portal
  • In person at our studio reception
  • By phone using a credit or debit card

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a student cancels their enrollment more than two weeks before the start date, the deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the session will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Important Reminders

We recommend that students complete their deposit payment promptly to secure their spot. Remaining tuition fees are due at the first lesson and can be paid via the same methods as the deposit.
